2 bifes de frango
40gr de manteiga
1 colher de sopa de óleo
2 dentes de alho esmagados

sal e pimenta q.b.
Preparação:
Tempere os bifes com sal e pimenta e frite-os no óleo. Reserve.
Na mesma frigideira colque metade da manteiga e os dentes de alho esmagados e mexa até ficar castanha mas sem queimar. Adicione a restante manteiga e a mostarda e mexa com uma vara de arames. Junte a cerveja e o café e mexa duarnte 5 minutos. Adicione as natas e retifique os temperos.
Coloque os bifes novamente na frigideira e deixe tomar gosto. Sirva os bifes regados com o molho e com as batatas fritas à parte.
